Terms & Conditions

1- Bookings

When making a reservation you must agree to the Terms and Conditions as detailed below. If you do not tick the box stating that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions, and agree to them, you will not be able to make a reservation.

2-Payment Details

A reservation deposit of €200 is payable when you make your reservation. Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to automatic cancellation without notice to you.

The full balance is payable no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Again, failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to automatic cancellation without notice to you.

You shall also be required to pay a refundable security deposit of €400. This is to cover for breakages and damages to the property. This amount will be refunded in full within 30 days of your departure from our property, provided nothing of significance has been damaged.

3-Cancellations

All cancellations and any request for changes must be made in writing by email.

If you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival date all monies will be forfeit except the security deposit.

If you cancel before then we will refund all monies except the reservation deposit.

Please note that we will try our best to accommodate for any reasonable changes provided these do not conflict with other reservations.

4-Force Majeurs

We will not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage or alteration to the terms of the booking caused by events beyond our control, including war, civil commotion, flight delays or cancellations, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood or industrial dispute.

5-Complaints

Should a problem arise relating to the premises, you should contact our representative. Details will be enclosed in the information folder, which will be found at the premises on your arrival.

6-Liability

We will accept no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. As a guest you must ensure that all people act in a responsible way and that children are supervised at all times.

7-Safety and Security

Our house is a non-smoking property. As a guest you are responsible for the safety of our house during your occupancy.

You must ensure you lock all doors and windows securely at all times when not on the premises. You must exercise care when using any appliances and you must secure all personal property.

Our agent reserves the right to enter the premises at any time to perform any checks or repairs as necessary.

8-Insurance

It is your own responsibility to arrange travel/personal insurance cover.
