The Villa
The Villa is situated 350 yards from the sea. It enjoys fantastic (partial) views of the bay of Alcudia towards the front, and the dramatic and rugged hills of Llevant towards the back. Watch out for spectacular sunsets, like the one on the banner above (real picture taken just down from the house)
Please note there is NO swimming pool; some of the cleanest Mediterranean beaches are only 10 minutes away.
The Villa has two different parts. It has a separate, completely independent downstairs apartment, sleeping up to 5 people. Upstairs, the larger house sleeps 7 people.
The upstairs house:

Conservatory
Large airy terrace with a large extendable dining table and chairs.
Outside
Sunbathing area, BBQ, sun beds and table and chairs. Roof terrace, store room with mountain bike, skateboard and roller blades.
